  • 2026-27 winter booking

    We are now accepting direct reservations for the 2026–2027 winter season via email.
    How to Inquire:
    When making an inquiry, please let us know the following details:
    　Full name of the guest(s) staying
    　Number of people
    　Number of rooms
    　Preferred check-in date
    　Preferred check-out date
    Once we receive your inquiry with the details above, we will reply with room availability and specific rates for your requested stay.
    About Rates & Minimum Stay:
    　Operating Period: Check-in from December 21, 2026, to check-out by March 14, 2027
    　Minimum Stay Requirement: As a general rule, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights during the winter season. However, minimum stay requirements may vary depending on the period, and shorter stays (fewer than 5 nights) may be accepted depending on availability and scheduling.
    　Sample Rate: Rates start from 28,600 JPY~ per room per night for 2 guests (including breakfast and consumption tax, based on a 5-night stay from December 21). Please note that actual rates vary and may be higher depending on the dates, room type, and number of guests.
    　Accommodation Tax: Hakuba Village accommodation tax of 200 JPY per person per night applies. Please note that the 200 JPY rate applies when paid in cash at check-in. An additional processing fee will be added for non-cash payments.

  • Please check the cancellation policy

    Cancellation policies vary depending on the accommodation plan and booking site.
    Please check the policy before making a reservation.
    If you are booking a non-refundable plan, It may be worth considering the option of getting cancellation insurance.

  • Price on the Skala website and another reservation sites

    Reservations made on the Skala website and Booking.com are for the same rooms.
    Prices are set to be more reasonable on the Skala website.
    ( Except for Booking.com campaigns )
