Our bread is baked daily in our on-site bakery, Gentaro Bread Studio, named after one of the three water sources in Hakuba.
We bake only with natural ingredients using a well-balanced combination of domestic and imported flour, umami-rich Shimamasu salt, island sugar from Amami - creating a distinguishable flavour, and yeast produced commercially or from seasonal fruits.

- 2 hours from Tokyo to Nagano station and 1 hour on the express bus from from Nagano to Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal.
