QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR STAY

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?

    15:00 check-in/10:00 check-out

  • Can I use the room if I arrive before check-in time?

    We will store your luggage and you are welcome to wait in the lounge until check in time.

  • Can I use the room after check-out time?

    This will vary according to the needs of the day. For this reason, please check at the front desk on the morning of your departure
    ・The following additional charges will apply:
    　- Until 15:00 - 3300JPY per room
    　- Until 18:00 - 5500JPY per room

  • Can I reserve a cot/crib during my stay?

    For children under 12 months we can prepare a crib for 2200JPY per night. Please request the crib when confirming your room reservation as we have a limited number in supply. In addition, if reserving a Japanese-style room, a futon can be used for babies.

  • Is there a pick-up and drop-off service?

    Yes. We offer a shuttle service from Hakuba JR Station and Happo Bus Terminal between 9:00am and 9:00pm.
    Please inform us of your expected arrival time when you make your reservation.

  • Is there a choice of payment method?

    We accept cash and various credit cards (VISA | Mastercard | AMEX | JCB ). If you pay for activities like lift tickets and onsen visits at Skala please be aware that the cost will include a 5% surcharge, if paying by credit card.

  • Can I make a group or a whole-lodge reservation?

    Yes. We are happy to consider a bespoke package according to your budget requirements.

  • Is there the preparation for amenity in the room?

    Yes, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bar soap, tooth　brush are provided.
    We offer Yukata (Japanese night clothes) for 330 YEN.
    The hair dryer sets up one in each large public bath.

  • Where is the nearby ski slope?

    10 minutes by car to Happo-One and Goryu 47 ski resorts
    15 minutes by car to Iwatake ski resort.
    There is a free shuttle bus
    The bus stop(Skala) to Happo-One and Goryu 47 ski resorts is 30 seconds on foot.
    The bus stop(Oak forest) to Iwatake ski resort is 3 minutes on foot.

  • Can I rent the ski and snowboard?

    We introduce SPICY rental echo land shop and do free pickup and drop off to SPYCY.
    *If you want to use other shops, please arrange for by yourself.

  • Do you accept the reservation of the activity?

    Sorry, no. Please arrange for by yourself.

  • Is there a convenience store nearby?

    The nearest convenience store, Daily YAMAZAKI is in the echo land district on foot for approximately ten minutes.

  • Is the parking lot free of charge?

    Yes. And a reservation is not necessary.

  • Can I smoke cigarette in the room?

    Sorry, the hall is entirely non-smoking.
    We set up an ashtray to the customer of the regular smoker on the entrance side.

  • Is there the washing machine for us to use?

    Yes, it costs 100 yen about use once.

  • Is there the vending machine of juice, liquor and the cigarette?

    There is a vending machine of juice beer in the corridor on the first floor.
    Sorry, there is no vending machine of the cigarette.

  • Can I use the Internet?

    Yes, you can use free WIFI Internet connection service.

  • Can I send the baggage beforehand?

    Yes, we take it.
