Hakuba boasts some of Japan's best skiing and
with a wide variety of terrain from beginner courses to
backcountry ski trekking.
It is one of Japan's largest and most famous winter destinations.
There is a free shuttle bus to various ski resorts
and the bus stop is just 5 to 10 minutes on foot from our hotel.
The ski runs extend east from Mt.Karamatsu (2696m) to the base areas -
Kokusai, Sakka - where they spead out in a fan-like form with the majestic
Alps rising to 3000m in th background.

Hakuba Iwatake Ski area is located in the town of Hakuba home to the 1998 Winter
Olympic games. Iwatake proudly boasts one of the most breath taking views of the
Northern Alpsf Hakuba 3 peaks, including a 360panoramic view of the surrounding
mountains. All 15 courses have their own unique features.

You can enjoy
skiing and snowboarding, tennis and mountain bike
Adventure seekers can choose from a variety of sports
including cross country and downhill mountain bike riding, paragliding,
trekking and white water rafting. We can provide discounts for some
of these activities.
Or perhaps just relax viewing the variety of colorful mountain flowers
during a quiet valley stroll, or fish at one of the nearby lakes and rivers.
The mountain scenery transforms into a beautiful display of
reds and yellows.
